Custom order FAQ
What's the minimum order?
12 mugs (one case) per color. Want multiple colors or sizes? Customize and add each to your cart separately.
What file types work best?
JPG, PNG, EPS, PDF or SVG. Dark logos on a white or transparent background print best. Our art team reviews every file, or email art@themightymug.com for help.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The price you see is the price you pay.
How fast will I get my order?
Production takes 7–10 business days, plus 3–7 days US shipping depending on location.
Can I match my exact brand color?
Yes — PMS color matching on orders of 96+ units (add the request in your order notes). Multicolor imprints on 500+ units via our large-order form.
Can I return a custom order?
Because custom orders are made with your logo, they can't be exchanged or refunded. We recommend ordering a single non-custom unit first to confirm size, color and quality.
Part of my logo is missing or looks pixelated
That usually means the file was low-resolution or had light areas that dropped out. Send a high-resolution logo — dark artwork on a white or transparent background prints best — or email art@themightymug.com and our team will fix it for you.
Any tips for the best possible print?
Keep text above 12pt so it stays crisp, and if your logo uses fonts, convert them to outlines before saving. Vector files (EPS, PDF or SVG) give the sharpest result.
Do you offer engraving?
Not currently — every custom mug is screen-printed. For a subtle, tone-on-tone look, choose an imprint color close to the mug color.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Each order ships to one address. If you need mugs sent to several locations, place a separate order for each address.
