*For any Mighty Mugs bought outside of themightymug.com we can't offer a refund, but can replace the item with one of equal or lesser value.
Defective or damaged items
We'll replace any item that's defective or damaged, as long as the issue occurred under normal care and use. To exchange it for the same item, send it to the address below and include your name, address, phone, and email.
30 days, full refund
If you purchased from themightymug.com and aren't 100% satisfied, you can return your Mighty Mug anytime within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (aside from any shipping costs charged). For items purchased elsewhere, we can't issue refunds and recommend returning to the original retailer.
To start a refund, submit a request here. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm we've got it and let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, the credit is automatically applied to your original payment method within 10–14 days of processing.
Haven't seen it yet?
First, check with your bank or credit card company — although we initiate refunds right away, it can take 8–15 business days before the refund officially posts. If you've done all of this and still haven't received it, email us at getmighty@themightymug.com.
A couple of exceptions
Sale items are final and may not be refunded.
Gifts: if the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, the gift giver will need to request the refund.

You're responsible for your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping is deducted from it. Delivery time for an exchanged product varies by location. For any item over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service with insurance.
