Mighty Mug will work on any, non-porous, flat surface, like most desks and tables. Glass, Metal, Marble, Plastic, Wood - we got you covered. Mighty Mug will not work on table cloths or textured surfaces like your car dashboard or a popcorn ceiling.

• 1. Wipe the base of your Mighty Mug clean with water and dry thoroughly.
• 2. Place your hand on the lid of your Mighty Mug and rock from left to right and front to back, keeping the Smartgrip base on the table at all times.

Depending on the shipping option you selected at checkout US orders will arrive within 2-5 business days. International orders will take 10 to 14 business days Shipping options, along with delivery times, will be displayed at checkout prior to payment.

First, try tracking your Mighty Mug. The tracking detail is emailed to you once your order has been processed in an email titled - “Your Mighty Mug Has Shipped.”. If you don’t see it right away, check your spam or updates folder.

Note - If you live outside of the US, we are more than happy to replace your Mighty Mug, but you will have to pay to ship your Mighty Mug back to us.

We will either fix or replace your Mighty Mug. While we try to replace your Mighty Mug with an identical model, if we are not in stock we will replace it with something comparable in style and cost.
