Sure, you’re buying a coffee mug. But it’s the Rolls Royce of coffee mugs, and we’re going to treat you that way. So if you ever have any issue, we will take care of you. After all, we believe in mighty customer service, too.
We are so confident that you will love your Mighty Mug that we will give you 30 days to try it out. If you don’t absolutely love it, send it back to us for a complete refund*.
Additionally, your Mighty Mug’s amazing Smartgrip function will work forever. If it doesn’t, please send it back to us at any time and we will either fix or replace it. If you are in the US, we will even pay the cost of shipping your Mighty Mug back to Mighty Mug HQ.
*For any Mighty Mugs bought outside of mightymug.com we cannot offer a refund, but can replace the item with an item of equal or store credit if no item exists at the time of replacement.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace any item that is defective or damaged as long as the issue occurred under the normal care and use of each item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send your item to: Mighty Mug, 665 Martin St. Rahway, New Jersey US 07065 - be sure to include your name, address, phone and email and reason for replacement.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you purchased your item from mightymug.com and are not 100% satisfied, you can return your Mighty Mug at item anytime within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund (aside for of any shipping costs charged). For any items purchased outside of mightymug.com we can not issue refunds and recommend that you return the item to the retailer the item was purchased.
In order to request a refund, please request a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10-14 days of the item being processed.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company. Although we initiate refunds right away, it could take up to 8-15 business days before your refund is officially posted with your bank or credit card. With payment refunds, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
All sales items are final and may not be refunded.
Gifts - Refunds
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will need to have the gift giver request the refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend you ship the item using a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.
