March 17 2020 : Shipping Updates
To our Mighty Community,
We are committed to the safety of customers, you our Mighty Family, and our staff. As you are for sure aware by now with everything going on, due to health concerns we've decided to operate at limited capacity with only essential personnel in our facility.
Due to this, orders will experience shipping delays of a 1-2days moving forward until it is deemed safe to resume normal operations.
Mighty Mug would like to reassure customers that we have taken additional precautions to ensure all equipment and packaging, whether received or shipped, is cleaned and sanitized. All non-essential office staff are working from home.
As we are operating in a limited capacity, there may also be a delay in customer service, however, please note all your messages are being received and we are working vigilantly to respond as quickly as possible.
We thank you for your continued support and hope everyone is able to resume their normal lives shortly.
Mighty Mug will continue to monitor the situation relating to COVID-19, taking guidance from the Center for Disease Control and the World Health Organization, and evolving our health and safety practices as more information becomes available.
